Elite Set To Unveil New State Of The Art Bagging Line

As part of Elite Plastics Investment Programme for 2016 a key objective was to enhance the quality and range of polythene products that we manufacture while also increasing the efficiency.

Elite has always been at the forefront of polythene manufacturing capabilities, quality and innovation and pushes to remain at the front by ensuring that regular investments are made in state of the art polythene production machinery and equipment.

The latest investment has been in commissioning a powerful and pioneering Perforation on the Roll (POR) bagging machine to be built for the production of Perforated Polythene Products on a roll such as Pallet Covers, Furniture Covers, Mattress Covers, Bags, Sacks, Pallet Top Sheets & More. This machine will add to Elite's already impressive POR bagging lines.

The machine is currently being built by the industry leaders and pioneers in POR conversion machines with no expense being spared in the commissioning of this state of the art machine. It will contain the latest polythene conversion technologies.

With delivery and installation due at the beginning of November this new bagging machine offers substantial new capabilities with perforated polythene products on the roll, improved product quality, efficiency, reduced lead times and guarantees that Elite Plastics will continue to lead the way in polythene production for years to come.

In preparation Elite are already taking enquiries and providing quotations for POR Bags/Covers to be run on the new machine with orders already being placed in advance by customers.
